I'm a Somatic Empowerment Coach, Nervous System Guide & Self-Trust Mentor.
For over a decade I've helped women stop abandoning themselves and start trusting themselves. Most women don't need more confidence. They need to stop overriding their body's wisdom, putting their needs last, and proving their worth through exhaustion.
