I used to live in the space of ‘not good enough’ and regularly experienced anxious thinking, the pressure to perform and saying small in insecurity. Those feelings kept me stuck in toxic relationships, a job that drained my soul, and a life that was just…blah.

Tapping into my confidence helped me to release the fear of judgment, see my own value, not take things personally, trust my intuition and speak up for myself.

This allowed me to improve my relationships, set up my own business and move out of my comfort zone to travel solo.

One of my favorite techniques to do this is through Tapping. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) relaxes your body, reprograms your subconscious, and boosts your positive perspective.

  • We’ll start with a kick-off session to get clear on what you want and what is blocking you.

  • We’ll then Tap specifically on your thoughts and feelings to shift you towards your goals.

  • You will work with this recording every day throughout the week. If it needs to be updated because of your progress, I will record a new tapping session.

  • You’ll receive daily Voxer Coaching from me to further create habits that best support your new found confidence.

  • At the end of the week we will meet again for another session to reflect on your progress and create a plan to keep up the momentum of your transformation.
